These are the campaign settings at page load. All dates above use UTC. The offer applies to new orders while enabled, within its scheduled window and available limits. How the discount works
At 10% off, your USDT cost equals the iAi quantity × 90%. The discount lowers what you pay to acquire iAi; it does not reduce the quantity credited after payment approval. Buying iAi is separate from activating a software subscription and does not itself generate subscription rewards or referral commission.
1. Prepare for annual software activation
Use your balance for the iAi half of an annual mixed payment. This option requires both 50% USDT and 50% iAi of the quoted total; an iAi balance alone does not activate the plan. Buying iAi at a discount can lower the acquisition cost of that half. Software plan promotions are configured separately, so check the plan quote when you activate.
After an eligible USDT-only subscription payment is approved, the buyer receives 1 bonus iAi for each USDT actually paid toward the subscription. A mixed USDT & iAi payment does not earn this purchase bonus for the buyer. For a mixed payment, the direct referrer’s commission is calculated only on its actual USDT portion, at the rate of their active plan, up to 30%. Referral commission is paid in USDT only.
2. Transfer iAi within the community
You can transfer available iAi to other members through the internal transfer feature. This helps members share or exchange balances for future activations. Any resale price and payment are agreed between the parties; an internal transfer does not guarantee a buyer, a profit or an automatic cash payout.
3. Participate in the global 15% annual reward pool
The annual programme allocates 15% of approved USDT software subscription sales for the applicable period to a shared reward pool. Your allocation is proportional to the iAi balance you hold when the annual allocation is recorded, compared with all positive account balances at that snapshot.
Your allocation = annual reward pool × your iAi at the snapshot ÷ total iAi in eligible account balances at the snapshot.
For illustration, 100,000 USDT in eligible subscription sales creates a 15,000 USDT pool. A member holding 1% of the snapshot balance receives a calculated allocation of 150 USDT. This is a share of the common pool, not a fixed 15% return on your iAi purchase or company equity. iAi payments (including the iAi part of a mixed payment) and iAi purchase proceeds are excluded from the subscription sales used for this calculation. A recorded allocation is separate from the actual payout process.
Holding iAi keeps it available for activation and the annual snapshot. Transfers or spending can change the balance counted at that snapshot; future allocations depend on eligible sales and balances at that time.
